After years of struggling with obsessive perfect eating and compensatory bingeing on all the foods that weren't allowed, I knew there had to be a different way. I taught myself how to eat moderately and feel at ease around food and with my body. It took a lot of time, and I learned that moderation is an imperfect journey that actually isn't just about nutrition.
