Hi, I'm Jaclyn, the founder of Imperfect Eating! I am a Certified Health Coach with a Masters in Education.

After years of struggling with obsessive perfect eating and compensatory bingeing on all the foods that weren't allowed, I knew there had to be a different way. I taught myself how to eat moderately and feel at ease around food and with my body. It took a lot of time, and I learned that moderation is an imperfect journey that actually isn't just about nutrition. What I've done in this course is reverse engineered my own process to stop obsessing/bingeing and learn to enjoy food and life again. I've put all my best stuff in this course to help you get of the diet/binge hamster wheel.
